NOTE:
- ELECTRICITY IS PAID BY TENNANT
- PET POLICY: 1 Dog, breed specific, or 2 Indoor Cats spayed/neutered.
- NOTE: RV's (10 years and older) must be approved by management.
- MONTLY RATES AND DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE PRO-RATED
TenNants must
- Submit to a criminal background check and be approved. $25.00 Fee.
- Submit a rental application and be approved.
- Schedule interview with General Manager
- Pay a $100.00 deposit fee.
- Pay one months rent in advance.
- Sign a copy of entire rental park agreement and park rules in order to register at the office.
- Long Term Monthly rates include water, sewer, garbage, and 61 channel cable TV.
